At Levadão Original, each piece is uniquely crafted with artisanal techniques, hand-painted details, and a lot of care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, our policy follows the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor - CDC) and includes the following rules:

1. Right of Withdrawal (Return)

According to Article 49 of the CDC, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 calendar days from the date the product is received.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet these strict criteria:

• The request is made within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
• The product shows no signs of use, washing, odors, or alterations.
• For Intimate Apparel (such as thongs), the security seal and tags must be intact for hygiene and health reasons. If the seal is broken or the tag removed, the return or exchange will be refused, and the item will be sent back to the buyer.

3. Handmade and Hand-Painted Products

Since our products are handmade and hand-painted, slight variations in color, texture, and brush strokes are not defects. These unique characteristics are part of what makes each piece special and exclusive.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
